Maturation
Prior to dispatch all vacuum packed Irish Nature premium beef is carefully matured in our temperature controlled chillers for a minimum of 28 days.
This ensures that the full flavour is unlocked before delivery to our distribution partners. We also offer a range of matured consumer pack products to our retail customers.
